• XchangeTickets.com provides 100% Refund (or Credit Note for events affected by COVID-19 pandemic) to tickets buyers if seller is unable to dispatch/provide tickets timely before the event.
• XchangeTickets.com pay the ticket sales amount to sellers (after deduction of its selling commission) within 15-30 days after the event.
• XchangeTickets.com ensures that sellers provided 100% genuine tickets to buyers so buyers can enjoy the event without any hassle.
• XchangeTickets.com provides an online platform/marketplace to ticket sellers to sell their tickets to buyers online. XchangeTickets.com is NOT the ticket seller; Buyers purchase tickets from a third party ticket sellers who listed their tickets for sale.
