Capacity: 15,000Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, established in 1992, is the only international cricket venue in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. It hosted its first ODI in 1992 and its first Test in 1993. Initially accommodating 15,000 spectators, its capacity has been expanded to around 18,000, with upgrades including a renovated pavilion, media boxes, and the installation of around 12,000 permanent chairs to replace the previous temporary seating. These new chairs are part of ongoing improvements ahead of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. Located 20 minutes from Islamabad, the stadium is set to host matches in the upcoming tournament. Before its establishment, international matches were played at Rawalpindi Club Cricket Ground. The stadium has also hosted three ODIs in the 1996 Cricket World Cup.
